About Us

M E Design Consultancy Ltd are a sustainability consultancy formed in 1996. David Walker is the managing director and lead consultant. Primarily the consultancy was set up to design building services, but over time the main criteria has become the sustainability consultancy work. This includes BREEAM assessments, Energy Performance Certificates, Display Energy Certificates, ESOS Assessments, Low Carbon Feasibility Studies, Energy Reports, and HVAC Design.

• BREEAM assessments for Next Retail Ltd at a prestigious new build store in High Wycombe and on a new 14 workspace building in Charlton, London with Stirling prize winning architects, de Rijke Marsh Morgan.
